Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join a dynamic, international team and own a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across different countries, design onboarding/offboarding, manage records and policies, and drive data-driven HR decisions with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent communication across cultures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience designing and improving HR processes, policies and engagement initiatives.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Conduct HR interviews and assist hiring managers with decisions.
• Publish clear, accurate job descriptions and onboard/offboard processes.
• Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and people-related matters.
• Collaborate with leadership and international teams to align HR with business goals.
