Job summary

Pearster is hiring a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and people operations across an international team. This remote LATAM role focuses on partnering with managers to deliver a positive employee experience and scalable HR processes.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain HR records while driving employee engagement and development in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
• Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with HR policies, documentation, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and assess fit and skills.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and internal databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for HR-related questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Support policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin activities.
• Organize priorities with agile methodologies and collaborate with international teams.
