Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across our international team. This remote LATAM role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and policy support while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in HR, fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, and familiarity with agile methods to thrive in a dynamic, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably HR Generalist or People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Experience maintaining employee documentation and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions across different countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews to assess experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging, accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions, policies, and processes.
• Assist with performance management, employee feedback, and professional development initiatives.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR administrative activities.
• Organize and prioritize multiple HR activities using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams to support people-related needs.
