Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across international teams. This remote role empowers you to coordinate interviews, publish clear job descriptions, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and partner with managers worldwide while embracing agile HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or People Operations role.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for culture fit and experience.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
