Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and people operations across international teams.

You will coordinate interviews, publish job descriptions, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and assist with performance management while collaborating with managers globally.

This remote role offers language-friendly environment with English and Spanish, and opportunities to grow with international certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, HR administration.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience maintaining employee documentation and handling confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries.
• Coordinate interviews and HR interviews.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Answer HR questions, policies, and internal processes.
• Assist with performance management and employee development.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies.
