Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a wide range of human resources activities across our international team, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2), excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to agile workflows while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with cross-country collaboration.
• Experience designing and improving HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Conduct HR interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on decisions.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Design and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Develop employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
