Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our international team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and people operations across LATAM. You will work across multiple countries, coordinating interviews, crafting job descriptions, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Strong English (C1) and Spanish (C2), plus hands-on experience in HR, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or People Operations role.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) verbal and written communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a global team.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote work dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries.
• Coordinate interviews and screen candidates.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams on HR initiatives.
