Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a broad set of people operations across our international team. You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and employee engagement in a fast-growing global environment.

This role requires strong English (C1) and Spanish (C2), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes with agility. You will partner with leaders across countries to implement fair policies and deliver an exceptional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Generalist or People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) and Fluent Spanish (C2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for global roles.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates.
• Publish clear job descriptions.
• Design and optimize onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage employee records and HR docs.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Guide managers on HR policies and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance management and development.
• Develop HR policies and internal workflows.
• Oversee benefits administration and time-off tracking.
• Identify HR process improvements using agile methods.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
