Google Cloud seeks a Senior Global Sales Operations and AI Solutions Consultant to shape how we collaborate with delivery partners and automate sales programs. You will lead the evolution of our Business Development and inside Sales into high-velocity engines, embedding an AI-first approach across workflows and governance.

This role demands strategic consulting, data-driven decision making, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales operations in technology.
• Experience designing scalable operating models integrating internal teams with external partner ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create delivery models with strategic partners and redesign internal workflows with modern technologies.
• Act as a management consultant to Google Cloud sales leadership and design complex extended workforce engagements.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven automation and GenAI tools into the partner ecosystem.
• Advocate operational excellence across the business funnel and optimize ecosystem performance to improve conversions.
• Establish modern governance with predictive data to drive accountability for monthly/quarterly goals and pipeline ACV.
