Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Global Sales Operations and AI Solutions Consultant (Spanish, English) to collaborate with regional teams and strategic partners. This role involves architecting modern delivery models, guiding sales leadership, and embedding AI-driven automation across the partner ecosystem.

You will drive data-driven governance, optimize the sales funnel, forecast opportunities, and lead executive reviews to ensure quarterly and annual goals are met while traveling to customer sites

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in B2B tech sales ops or inside sales ops.
Experience designing operating models integrating internal and partner ecosystems.
Fluent in Spanish and English for client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Co-create and architect delivery models with strategic partners.
Act as management consultant to Google Cloud sales leadership.
Design and embed AI-driven automation and GenAI tools into partner ecosystems.
Identify performance gaps and optimize workflows to improve conversions and win rates.
