• 8 years of experience managing extended workforce B2B business development or inside sales operations within the technology industry.
• Experience designing operating models that integrate internal teams with external partner ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Move beyond traditional vendor management to actively co-create and architect delivery models with strategic partners.
• Act as a management consultant to Google Cloud sales leadership and design complex extended workforce engagements.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven automation and GenAI tools into the partner ecosystem.
• Advocate operational excellence across the sales funnel and optimize ecosystem performance to improve conversion and win rates.
• Establish data-driven governance and lead executive reviews with predictive data for monthly/quarterly goals.
