Oracle is seeking a data center operations professional to identify upgrade opportunities, validate cabling, and mentor technicians in protocols and change control. You will manage ticket workflows, ensure connectivity, and coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to mitigate resiliency risks.

Responsibilities include leading hardware maintenance, network configuration, and adherence to SOPs/MOPs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across data center sites.

Formación

• Experience in datacenter services operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to guide less experienced technicians on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with change control, SOPs, and MOPs for data center environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to work with servers and components to ensure lifecycle efficiency.
• Guides technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and network connectivity to ensure devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitors and assigns work in the ticketing environment, escalating trends within SLAs.
