Oracle is seeking a data center operations professional to identify opportunities to upgrade server components, validate cabling, and monitor ticketing workflows. You will guide and mentor technicians while ensuring SOPs/MOPs are followed and data center changes are performed in a controlled manner.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks, while maintaining safety standards and documenting actions for SLAs.
