Oracle is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to support and optimize datacenter services operations. The role involves break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

You will mentor junior technicians, monitor ticketing workflows, and ensure tasks align with SOPs/MOPs and customer SLAs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain high availability and reliability.

Formación

• Experience mentoring less experienced technicians and implementing technical solutions.
• Ability to guide teams on power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
