Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to identify opportunities to upgrade server components, validate cabling, and monitor network environments. You will mentor technicians, implement fixes, and ensure SOPs/MOPs align with site policies.

You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, lead incident response within SLAs, and drive continuous improvement through issue analysis and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs in data center environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and main hardware for lifecycle efficiency.
• Guide and coach technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Validate cabling and network configurations; ensure connectivity and device integrity.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environments within SLAs and document resolutions.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance, and documentation per SOPs/MOPs.
