Oracle is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations professional to identify opportunities to upgrade server components and validate network connectivity across live environments. The role involves mentoring technicians, enforcing SOPs/MOPs, and acting as a technical liaison to resolve resiliency and availability risks.

You will monitor ticketing workflows, guide teams through hardware upgrades, and collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure compliant, secure, and efficient center

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and main hardware to ensure lifecycle efficiency.
• Validates cabling and checks that network environment build and connectivity are established.
• Monitors and assigns work in a ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions.
• Trains advanced fix and repair techniques aligned with SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control processes.
• Acts as a technical liaison for technical and non-technical teams to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules; ensures health, safety, and security compliance during on-site work at customer locations and offices.
• Leads collaboration with project teams/colocation partners to validate installation, operation and performance of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ensures contractors and vendors deliver quality services and meet SLAs; contributes to QA through process creation and training.
