Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to lead break/fix and hardware maintenance, validate network configurations, and mentor technicians in a dynamic data center environment. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs/MOPs, SLA performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability.

Formación

• Experience with server hardware and components lifecycle.
• Ability to guide technicians on hardware maintenance and safe removal/replacement.
• Familiarity with network configuration and client configurations.
• Experience in incident monitoring and SLA adherence.
• Knowledge of SOPs and MOPs in data center operations.
• Ability to train staff and escalate trends.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter Services Operations-Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: identify and manage hardware components to ensure lifecycle performance; guide technicians on power distribution units and safe hardware replacement.
• Datacenter Services Operations-Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation: implement defined network configurations and validate cabling and connectivity; sign off on client configurations.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: monitor tickets, mentor staff, and escalate issues per SLAs; document resolutions.
