Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to maintain datacenter services, including hardware maintenance, network configuration, and incident response. You will monitor tickets, mentor staff, and ensure SOPs/MOPs compliance while aligning with site rules and vendor agreements.

• Identifies opportunities to replace or upgrade server components.
• Trains staff on hardware maintenance best practices.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs/MOPs for data center operations.
• Coordinates with vendors and project teams to validate installations.
