Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to support Break/Fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration across client environments. You will mentor junior technicians, align with SOPs/MOPs, and help mitigate resiliency risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include guiding technicians on server hardware, validating cabling, monitoring tickets, and ensuring high availability in complex data center settings.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and hardware support.
• Ability to guide technicians on hardware replacement and best practices.
• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs for routine tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for team members to work with servers and hardware across lifecycle.
• Mentors technicians on power distribution units and safe hardware handling.
• Validates network cabling and connectivity, and ensures devices are error-free.
• Monitors tickets, assigns work, and escalates trends within SLAs.
