Oracle seeks an experienced Datacenter Services professional to identify upgrade opportunities, mentor technicians, and enforce SOPs/MOPs for change control in a data center environment. You will validate cabling and network connectivity while coordinating with technical and non-technical teams to mitigate resiliency risks.

You will monitor and assign work in a ticketing system, escalate trends, and ensure safety and compliance during on-site operations.

Formación

• Experience identifying upgrade opportunities for servers and components.
• Ability to mentor technicians and implement technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs for data center processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead break/fix and hardware maintenance to extend lifecycle of servers.
• Guide technicians on power distribution and hardware replacement with minimal disruption.
• Validate network configurations and cabling, ensure connectivity.
• Monitor ticket flow, assign work, and document resolutions within SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance, and proper documentation on site.
• Drive continuous improvement and share knowledge across teams.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors to validate installations.
