You will craft hooks and copy, direct creative production, set up campaigns, and translate performance data into client-ready recommendations while maintaining clear communication in meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that resonates with scrolling users.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer successful campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and search Reddit/reviews for insight.
• Create personas and identify resonant angles.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns and budgets.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and determine winners.
• Translate data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation current.
