Qualifications

• Proven ability to write copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Tracks CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to improve campaigns.
• Comfort leading client conversations and strategy.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and objections to craft resonant messaging.
• Build persona profiles and identify angles that resonate with each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creative and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation current between calls.
