Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Growth Marketer (Media Buying + Creative Strategy) to drive paid growth for e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits across three connected pieces: creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communications, with research-driven audience insights guiding each area.

You will craft hooks and scripts, lead campaign setup and optimization, and translate performance data into actionable client recommendations while guiding meetings and keeping documentation

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that persuades the scroll reader, not the client.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what makes a campaign work.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes from Reddit, reviews and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production including shot selection and storytelling with brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL to determine winning creative.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the client.
• Lead client meetings, set agenda, and maintain current documentation.
