Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer focusing on Media Buying and Creative Strategy for ecommerce and personal brands. The role blends creative, analytics, and client communication to drive paid growth across Meta ads.

You will research audiences, craft compelling hooks, manage campaigns, and translate performance data into actionable client recommendations while aligning with brand storytelling and outcomes.

Formación

• Strong copywriting that reads for the scroll
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what makes a campaign work
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes via Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while keeping brand consistency
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and why
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document progress between calls
