Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, competitor ads and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling with brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read and interpret CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to assess winning creatives.
