Evox is seeking a Growth Marketer (Media Buying + Creative Strategy) to drive paid growth for ecommerce and personal brands. The role balances creative development, Meta ads management, and proactive client communication, with a focus on audience research and compelling copy.

You will craft audience personas, write hooks and scripts, set up campaigns, monitor CPM/CTR/CPA, and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Formación

• Strong copywriting tailored to scrolling audiences.
• Ability to reverse-engineer what makes campaigns perform.
• Working knowledge of meta ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA.
• Comfort managing own projects and communicating decisions.
• Experience leading client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points, objections, and desired outcomes.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and reasons.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and maintain documentation between calls.
