The role covers creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communications, with an emphasis on audience research, copywriting, and performance-driven optimization.

You will build audience personas, write compelling hooks and scripts, lead creative production, and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that engages scroll-stoppers.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer successful campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Comfort managing your own projects and communicating plans clearly.
• Confident in leading client relationships and strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and objections from Reddit, reviews, and competitors.
• Create personas and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, ensuring brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives.
