Job summary

Lord Sales is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive paid growth for ecommerce and personal brands. The role spans creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communications, with a focus on audience research and compelling ad copy.

You will research audience pain points, build personas, write hooks and scripts, and direct creative production while managing campaigns and discussing results with clients in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the audience rather than the brand.
• Ability to research ads and reverse-engineer what makes campaigns work.
• Knowledge of core metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and how to optimize them.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and desired outcomes through Reddit threads, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify angles that resonate with each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creative and explain why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current between calls.
