My Hero VA is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive paid social growth for e-commerce and personal brands. The role blends creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication to turn audience insights into engaging campaigns.

You will research audiences, craft hooks and copy, manage campaigns, and translate metrics into actionable guidance for clients, while maintaining a remote-first, flexible schedule.

Competenze

• Strong copywriting tailored for social scrolling; craft hooks and body copy.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what makes campaigns work.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Comfort leading projects and communicating decisions clearly to clients.

• Research audience pain points, objections, and desired outcomes from Reddit threads, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and storytelling aligned with brand.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and justify results.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document progress between calls.
