Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer to own the creative strategy and media buying for e-comm and personal brands. The role blends audience research, copywriting, and direct Meta ads management to drive engagement and conversions.

You will research audiences, craft compelling hooks and scripts, produce creative assets, and manage campaigns while communicating results clearly to clients. Remote-first with US time-zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting for social ads that speaks to the target audience.
• Ability to research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes.
• Comfort interpreting and acting on CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Experience leading client relationships and strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes through various sources.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for engaging ads.
• Direct creative production including shot selection and storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and justify decisions.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and maintain documentation between calls.
