Manatal-264 is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. You will assist contractors and users with platform navigation, restore functionality, and guide customers through platform features with demonstrations.

A strong English proficiency and tech-savvy mindset are essential. The role emphasizes problem-solving, ownership, and clear communication with customers of varying technical levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, tech support, or similar
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems
• Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle information accurately
• Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Clear ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Ownership mindset in resolving issues

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with timely, solution-oriented support
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and filings
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demos
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best action
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM
