- Experience delivering product demos or walkthroughs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Tech mindset with willingness to learn new tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features.
- Analyze issues to identify root causes and next steps.
- Own customer issues from contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
- Follow up to ensure solutions are effective and customer satisfied.
