Virtustant is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our remote LATAM team and support customers of a growing SaaS platform used by contractors across the U.S. You will guide users through platform navigation, resolve issues, and demonstrate features to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, ownership, and clear communication, with opportunities to grow in technical support and platform expertise within a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS products and CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct platform demos and explain features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Take ownership from contact to resolution and follow up with customers.
