Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demos/training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, account setup, filings, and usage.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walk-throughs for users.
• Investigate root causes and determine best actions.
• Own issues from contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
