Tgtc is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America customers. You will assist contractors with the SaaS platform, guide them through workflows, and perform demonstrations to showcase key features.

Ideal candidates enjoy problem solving, have strong communication skills, and can explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise. Remote work offers flexible scheduling and ongoing product training.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or tech support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems and determine root causes.
• Take ownership from contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions and satisfaction.
