Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing US SaaS company transforming the construction permitting space. This Technical Support Representative role is remote from Latin America, assisting contractors with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and demos to keep projects moving.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, full professional fluency in English, and experience with SaaS or CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, tech support, or equivalent
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting software platforms or SaaS products
• Experience doing platform demos or feature explanations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and filings
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demonstrations
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
• Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution, with escalation when needed
• Follow up to ensure solutions are working and customer satisfaction is high
