Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, tech support, or similar.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, setup, uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, determine action steps.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
