Job summary

Prometeo Talent is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative to join a fast-growing SaaS company. This fully remote role supports construction permitting workflows for US contractors, while collaborating with a Latin America team from Córdoba, Argentina.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the platform, solving technical questions, and providing demonstrations to maximize adoption and satisfaction. English fluency and a proactive, customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting customers with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or other tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs for customers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through features and workflows to enable independent resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information and identifying root causes.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions work and ensure satisfaction.
