Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the construction permitting space to hire a Technical Support Representative. This is a fully remote role serving Latin America, focusing on helping contractors navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and complete permit filings.

You will conduct platform demonstrations, guide users through workflows, document interactions in the CRM, and strive to meet targets for response times and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service or technical support with phone-based interactions.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause investigation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to enable self-resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs of key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best action.
• Maintain CRM documentation of interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
