Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist contractors remotely from Latin America.

You will guide customers through the platform, perform demonstrations, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth permit filings and workflow usage. The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, and clear communication with customers of varying technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or tech support, ideally phone-based.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRMs.
• Ability to demo software and explain features clearly.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, provide timely and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers through setup and filings.
• Conduct demonstrations and walk users through workflows.
• Investigate root causes and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and maintain satisfaction.
