Prometeo Talent is recruiting a Technical Support Representative for a US-based SaaS company. This fully remote role targets candidates in Latin America, including Argentina, to help contractors navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and perform demonstrations with a customer-first approach.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven support environment, speaks fluent English, and can clearly explain technical concepts to users of varying technical levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or related tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos, software walkthroughs, or feature explanations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and usage issues.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs of key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information and root causes.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions work and ensure satisfaction.
