Job summary

atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to source and engage software and marketing talent across Latin America for US startups and agencies. You will write compelling outreach, test messages, and post roles to attract qualified candidates, while maintaining a clean pipeline and learning the talent side under mentorship.

This fully remote, LATAM-based role is part-time (20–30 hours/week) with weekly USD pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation or outreach
• Ability to write messages that prompt replies
• Familiarity with candidate-centric messaging is a plus
• Strong written English and personal tone in outreach
• Comfort using AI tools to scale outreach

Responsibilities

• Research roles and identify ideal candidate profiles
• Create personalized outreach and test subject lines
• Post roles to attract the right candidates
• Review applicants and shortlist strong fits
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up regularly
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume
• Track performance and adjust based on results
