This entry-level Talent Lead Generation role is remote for LATAM, focusing on outreach and sourcing at scale with AI tools. Mentorship is provided and you will learn the talent side while using a dedicated sourcing platform.

You’ll build pipelines, refine messaging, and test approaches to improve reply rates, with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

• Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Resourcefulness: handed a new tool and no script, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told.

• Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so.
