You’ll research roles, write personalized outreach, post openings, review applicants, and keep a clean pipeline. This is fully remote from LATAM, part-time (20–30 hours/week) as a contractor paid in USD, with mentorship

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openings to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on data.
