Job summary

atomic HR is seeking an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and outreach to potential candidates across Latin America for US startups and agencies. You’ll craft personalized messages, test outreach tactics, and post roles to attract the right applicants.

You’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side and will use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your efforts.

Qualifications

Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
Curiosity and drive to learn; each role is a new puzzle.
Resourcefulness: adapt to new tools without a script.
Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
Competitive streak and self-motivation to hit targets.
Comfort with basic metrics and testing approaches.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personal touch.
Track performance and adjust strategy based on data.
