Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our remote Sales team handling inbound owner inquiries from first contact through onboarding.

You will qualify opportunities, run demos, explain services, overcome objections, close new clients, collect documentation, and coordinate onboarding, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Property Management team. This role emphasizes speed, data-driven coaching, CRM discipline, and regular use of AI tools to improve results across time

Formación

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management with measurable improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team.
• Experience overseeing 8–15 direct reports.
• Strong CRM, dashboards, and reporting discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a remote sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up, onboarding, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and scorecards.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and strong demos to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with leadership and assist hiring for top performers.
• Leverage AI tools for coaching insights and reporting.
