Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to speak with property owners interested in professional property management services. You will manage warm inbound inquiries, qualify needs, explain services, and run on-camera demos to close qualified owners.

The role is remote, full-time, with base pay plus commissions. You will maintain CRM records, follow structured sales processes, and work to move prospects smoothly through onboarding while delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound/sales roles.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over phone or video calls.
• Comfortable on-camera while running professional demo calls.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working full-time in a professional remote environment.
• Confidently engaging homeowners and high-value prospects; strong follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in property management services.
• Qualify owner needs, property details, timeline, and urgency.
• Explain Royal York Property Management’s services clearly and professionally.
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Present professionally on video calls; build trust and explain value.
• Close qualified owners and guide them through next steps.
• Follow up consistently with owners not yet moving forward.
• Maintain CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
• Manage multiple active leads and conversations simultaneously.
• Identify stalled opportunities, owner concerns, and delays; escalate when needed.
