Job summary

Formulated Automation's client is seeking an Inbound Appointment Setter to act as the first contact for homeowners interested in their services. This remote, customer-facing role focuses on replying to inbound leads, understanding needs, answering initial questions, and scheduling qualified prospects for onsite appointments with the client’s sales team.

Interactions are primarily through text in the CRM, with occasional phone calls.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong written communication and ability to engage customers naturally.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, lead qualification, inside sales, SDR or similar roles.
• Ability to follow scripts and established processes.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
• Communicate with homeowners primarily via text, with occasional calls.
• Ask questions to understand needs and determine fit for onsite appointments.
• Provide basic information about services and processes.
• Schedule qualified prospects for onsite appointments with the sales team.
• Follow up to confirm scheduled appointments and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in closing straightforward opportunities via messaging or calls when appropriate.
