CS Outsource is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from inquiry to move‑in for residential properties. You will qualify prospective tenants, coordinate showings, and prepare lease documents while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leasing or real estate, strong English communication, and experience with leasing software. This is a remote role with cross‑functional teamwork and performance reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years of leasing or property management experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM and leasing software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via multiple channels.
• Qualify prospects and coordinate showings and tours.
• Process applications and coordinate screening and leases.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and report leasing metrics.
