Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Account Managers to oversee owner and tenant experiences across active property management files. You will own client outcomes, manage multiple files, and communicate professionally with owners, tenants, and service providers.

This role emphasizes proactive updates, issue resolution, and strong CRM discipline in a high-volume environment to ensure client satisfaction and timely file movement.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in account management, client success, or property management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or files simultaneously.
• Strong communication and professional handling of owner/tenant concerns.
• High discipline with structured CRM workflows.
• Excellent follow-up, task management, and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for property owners and tenants throughout the management process.
• Manage multiple client and property files with strong organization and follow-up.
• Provide proactive updates on status, pending items, and next steps.
• Handle time-sensitive issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal teams, vendors, and operations.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, and file movement.
• Identify stalled files and escalate issues to protect client satisfaction.
